  1. Hi Michelle, CONGRATULATIONS YOU HAVE MADE A BIG STEP. I am very proud of you.

I would like to now let you know. I am actually a coordinator of a course called “Financial Peace University.” I’ve been teaching this class in Long Island and am now planning to teach one in Brooklyn.

I have taken this course 2 years ago, and I learned how to manage my money really well and avoid debt. If I had not, I would have taken on debt and be in a similar situation. There are many people out there like you, who are tackling this challenge.

In this course, you will learn about how to manage your money well – not just on debt, but on saving, investing, insurance, avoiding marketing schemes, retirement, real estate, etc. I think you are a perfect student, because I’ve been following your blog and I see you are diligent. You’ve got your eyes on the prize and you’re not getting distracted from it or swaying or changing your mind. There is no convincing you that this course would be beneficial for you.

I would love for you to join. You’ll meet other people who are in similar situations (maybe not necessarily student loans, but they have mortgages/car payments/credit card) and seeing that you are already in Live Your Legend, you know and understand the importance of surrounding yourself with the right people to achieve your goals.

The course will be starting on January 19, every Tuesday for 9 weeks. It is only $119.

You can read more about the course here:

    • Annie, hi, thanks so much for the continued encouragement. It’s great that you’re an instructor with the Dave Ramsey program, I know and admire his work. Very practical approach to financial management, which I love. I appreciate the invite to the course; While it’s not something I’d like to pursue now, I’ll keep it in mind for the future and share the information with others. Thanks again!
